A postal worker attacks a 4-year-old Jewish boy
Apparently he couldn't find someone his own size to attack
It happened in the town of Ramapo New York, a largely religious Jewish community.
Cops say the postal worker had exchanged words with some other children. That’s when the little boy walked up and he turned his attention to him. And shoved the boy to the ground, knocking the kippah off the child’s head.
The 39-year-old government employee then returned to his truck and drove away.
We know all this because it was all captured on security video.
Video that was reviewed by the cops. Who then arrested the man. And charged him with endangering the welfare of a child and attempted assault. Which makes me wonder what an actual assault looks like.
I’m also curious why he isn’t being charged with a hate crime. Although I don’t know what he was saying when he was screaming at the other kids before his victim came into view. It would be interesting to know if any antisemitic comments were hurled.
Local officials have expressed outrage over the attack. And the police deserve credit for quickly making an arrest. But what I can’t wrap my head around is what would prompt a 39-year-old man to assault (sorry, attempt to assault) a 4-year-old boy? Couldn’t he find someone his own size to attack?
I am happy to help him with that. I’ve already spoken with a couple of tough Jews who are both twice his age. And both say they’d be happy to take him on if he wants.

This is so terrible, Gary.. I think the new mayor should address and condemn these antisemitic attacks! His wife should too.. 😑
