Field Of Flags

In honor of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice

More than 7,000 flags. Each representing an American service member who died fighting global terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The field, at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Middletown NJ was dedicated today.

This is the 12th year for the display which coincides with Veterans Day.

About 100 volunteers - both church members and folks from the community - gather each year to put the display together.
